James Rudolph
James brings experience spanning EY's energy and renewables practice, commercial finance in large multinational businesses, and private markets with a focus on impact. At EY, he worked with energy and renewables businesses generating revenues in the tens of billions of pounds, building the technical depth he later carried into senior finance roles at multinational companies. A deliberate move into private markets followed, with finance leadership roles at 60 Decibels, a social impact company, and Piclo, an energy grid flexibility business, prior to joining CreditNature to help scale its mission of mobilising high-integrity investment into nature recovery.

Dr Simon Morgan
Scaling CreditNature's global project development and nature credit programmes. Founder of ValueNature and co-founder of the Biodiversity Credit Alliance, with over two decades of expertise in conservation ecology.
John Hartshorn
Leading the development of CreditNature's NARIA product suite, translating ecosystem science into tools for restoration projects and investors. Chartered Geographer and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society with 30+ years in geospatial technologies.
Thomas Hodgson
Building the mathematical models and scalable analytics that underpin CreditNature's ecosystem intelligence. PhD in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh, with a research background in computational ecology and mathematical biology.
Sophy Jones
Designing and developing CreditNature's metrics methodologies. A quantitative ecologist bridging traditional ecology with nature fintech, with research experience spanning Imperial College London, the Natural History Museum, and Oxford University.
Barney Bedford
Leading the testing and assurance of CreditNature's Ecosystem Condition Index, working to establish NARIA as a globally recognised framework. Expertise in spatial ecology, catchment modelling, and geospatial analysis across terrestrial and riverine ecosystems.
Dan Bass
Designing and delivering investment-ready nature restoration projects, working directly with landowners to plan, price, and finance ecosystem recovery. Expertise in rewilding land use transitions, stakeholder engagement, and implementing the NARIA Framework.
Neepun Bangaru
Designing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers CreditNature's ecosystem intelligence platform. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and scalable systems architecture.
